Byte Cloud Systems Terms and Conditions Agreement



Introduction
This Terms and Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (the “Client”) and Byte Cloud Systems (“the Company”). By using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this document. Please read the Agreement carefully and ensure that you understand its content. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you must not use our services.

Scope of Services
The Company provides the following Information and Communication Technology (ICT) services:
a. Custom coding and scripting;
b. Server infrastructure setup and management;
c. Cloud server management and scaling; and
d. Customized software solutions.
The Company also offers consultation services to develop a tailored plan to meet the specific requirements of the Client.

Payment Terms
The Company will only request payment once the job is complete and the Client is satisfied with the provided services. The Client agrees to pay the agreed-upon amount in full within 14 days of the invoice date. Late payment may result in the suspension of services and/or additional fees.

Refund Policy
The Company offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for its services. If the Client is not satisfied with the services provided, they may request a refund within 30 days of the completion of the project. To request a refund, the Client must contact the Company in writing, outlining the reasons for their dissatisfaction. The Company reserves the right to attempt to resolve any issues before issuing a refund.

Support and Warranty
The Company provides 12 months of support and warranty for its services, commencing on the date of project completion. During this period, the Company will address and fix any issues that arise in relation to the provided services at no additional cost to the Client.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or interruption of business, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of its services. The Company’s total liability for any and all claims, damages, or losses shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the services provided.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Agreement will be posted on the Company’s website. Continued use of the Company’s services constitutes acceptance of any changes to the Agreement.

Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and the Company and supersedes any prior understandings, agreements, or representations, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
